    Depends on what the plan is for the AM. I dont rely on the snooze button but sometimes I feel lazy and allow it to remind a few times before I get up.

    What time is your alarm set for in the AM?

    I don't have a snooze button. I just turn off the alarm and then get back in bed for five minutes before I actually get up.

    Do you ever fall back asleep if you don't get up right away?

    I don't ever find it easy to get up early. I just do it on work days because I am responsible. It's not natural for me though.

    During the summer, I am able to sleep on my own schedule and I tend to wake up around 8:30 or 9:30am.


    What time do you wake up if you don't set an alarm?

    6.30-ish. Then I fall back asleep. I usually get up around 8. And yeah, I have that too with the weekends ...

    Unfortunately not, warm and muggy in Houston. May get back into the 40's before winter is up.
