    Is that specific enough?

    No.

Are you using the snooze button on your alarm clock in the morning or getting up right away?

Depends on what the plan is for the AM. I dont rely on the snooze button but sometimes I feel lazy and allow it to remind a few times before I get up.

What time is your alarm set for in the AM?

    5:30 am

How many times do you hit the snooze before you actually get out of bed?
  • justamjustam Posts: 21,412
I don't have a snooze button. I just turn off the alarm and then get back in bed for five minutes before I actually get up.

Do you ever fall back asleep if you don't get up right away?

    at times I do.

do you find that you have an easier time waking up early on the weekends then it is during the week?
  • justamjustam Posts: 21,412
I don't ever find it easy to get up early. I just do it on work days because I am responsible. It's not natural for me though.

During the summer, I am able to sleep on my own schedule and I tend to wake up around 8:30 or 9:30am.

What time do you wake up if you don't set an alarm?
