    What is a mile high?

When going out to eat, do you decide what you want for dinner before you have looked at the places restaurant menu or do you decide to wait and order off the menu ?

    Depends on the restaurant.
Somewhere I know & go to often, usually try different things.
Somewhere new-wait & see off the menu.

Best place to have a meal out?
