    Find your pulse using your index/middle fingers (I generally use the carotid, but radial works just as well), count the number of beats in a 10-second span and multiply by 6. This will give you the number of beats per minute.

    Now what is your heart rate?

    no, wine is not my thing... glass or two thats it.
