I'll interprete "holiday" as vacation for this one :)
I went to Morocco once and unfortunately was so polite to not return a fresh pressed orange juice at the Djema el fna in Marrakech that had been cooled with ice cubes. I fell sick and had some serious fever and shit stuff going on for several days. The worst thing was that our motel had only one toilet for the whole floor, and it also had the shower in there :?

What was your worst vacation experience?
  • stargirl69stargirl69 Posts: 6,387
Having a huge argument with my friends mum in Paris, when I screamed at her "We're not on a school trip you fucking control freak!" She is a retired teacher and spent the entire holiday treating grown women like we were belligerent children,so I became one!

    Most beautiful holiday memory?

    you?
A new job and an ex who can act like an adult when it comes to our child...and who can quit being bitter at the fact that I'm happy with someone else.

Have you ever had to deal with a horrible ex?

Not horrible as such, just a bit of a looney tune once he figured out I was getting on with my life, you know,"I want you back syndrome"

Have you stayed friends with any ex's

Yes. All of them except this last one, which is a shame since we have a child together and I was with him for so long. It's one of those situations where he cheated multiple times, lied contantly, etc...I FINALLY had enough and left (which was, evidently, completely shocking to him)...and for the last two years he's been bitter and angry because I'm actually happy now with someone else.

Why do people act like that?

I think because they are angry frightened and hurting.Emotions that many of us are rarely allowed to fully express in childhood, parents often minimise their children's feeling as "just being children" or "being bad" we then face emotional trauma in adulthood and we are ill equipped to deal with it rationally as we weren't allowed to develop the skills to cope with huge emotions during childhood,a time when we learn and adapt the most.

Agree or am I talking rubbish :D

    no

    what happens there?
  • stargirl69stargirl69 Posts: 6,387
They are wonderful services for people of no faith, there are no prayers or "you will burn in hell if you do not accept Jesus" speeches, just music relevant to the person who has passed, poems and speeches about them as people. It is the type of service I will have.

Would you have one or traditional faith based?

i'm not religious so i don't really know... whatever my family wants i guess, it doesn't matter to me

will you be buried or cremated?
  • I want to donate my body to medical research/for med students to learn on so don't think there will be much to bury/cremate

    Are you an organ doner?
I don't mean to offend anyone, a lot of what I say should be taken with a grain of salt... that said for most of you I'm a stranger on a computer on the other side of the world, don't give me that sort of power!
