    Usually when I get to work...the drive gives me some time to wake up..

    About an hour and a half. I tend to lurk in my bed too long listening to the radio ... I'm fast in the bathroom, but take a lot of time setting up my lunch package.

    A bit of all three,I have a big glass of iced water when I am getting ready,I have a mug of tea and a banana on the bus then about an hour after I arrive at work I have cereal or toast.
    I get up real early so I need to pace myself throughout the morning

    I usually pack from lunch Mon-Thurs., then treat myself on Friday :)

    Do you eat 3 meals a day or nibble throughout the day?

    what would you prefer---roasted cauliflower with pine nuts or brussel sprouts with garlic and bacon? Think they would be best combined?
