  • I hope so too :) Nice question chatting with you also!

Best place I've seen a show? oddly enough Woodstock '99. I went there only for RATM, who at the time hadn't toured since '97. Why was it the best? The environment sucked (obviously), but looking around and being surrounded by 225,000 people is something you can't describe. A true sea of people. Other GREAT shows include PJ @ Bonnaroo (epic) same sort of situation, the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago, horrible acoustics but the place looks like fucking Eureka's Castle inside lol.

I am going to have to say Alpine... there's just something about it. The vibe, the feel of the crowd, the simplicity, the sound.

I cut my own hair. Probably every 2-3 months?? Whenever I think it's a little too long ...

    Ever cut your own hair?
So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?
  • yep, when i was 8. i accidentally chopped some off, so then tried to "sort it out". the results were disastrous and i had a bald patch for a couple of weeks.

A thankless job in the service industry -- for instance, I worked at Taco Bell back in the day.

    So, ever have one?

What's the longest book you've read?

    Me, too.

And to answer the question: Either Against the Day by Thomas Pynchon or Infinite Jest by David Foster Wallace. DFW was probably longer due to all the damn footnotes.

Have you ever attempted to write a book?

hahahahaha....kind of, but apparently I have too many tangents I build off of.

Ever wish society would go back to mellow un-connetiveness? (no FB, twitter, smart phones etc)

    Yes, I'm a total neo-Luddite.

That being said, how long do you think you could go without a smartphone, facebook update, tweet, etc.?

let's see....I haven't logged on to my fake facebook page for about 2 days, haven't checked into my twitter for over a week, last tweet was probably 2 months ago, I don't have a smart phone...only the phone that will let me look at the internet (this site does not work on it BTW). I'm pretty happy! Though, I probably would get antsy without internet after a week.

Last time you 'unplugged' for a few days? (no phone, internet etc)
