I attended a Bon Jovi concert here in Atlanta. It was awesome! Not as good as PJ, of course...but I think PJ might not ever come back here, so I'm 'making do'. And I have been listening to Bon Jovi even longer than I have been listening to PJ, so it was great to see them live! They sounded great and played a fabulous set!
(Also, thanks everyone, for the welcome! I appreciate it. Always scary coming to a new place...especially a place where everyone seems to already know each other and you are the 'interloper'. But I appreciate the welcome and the advice!)
If you mean Pearl Jam, it would be Ten, nearly right when it first came out (PJ wasn't really known yet, but in Anchorage, where I was living at the time, there are alot of transplanted Seattle folk who get 'what's hot news' from there pretty fast). It was love at first listen.
If you mean an album in general that I bought with my own money (and not my parent's money after harassing them endlessly), I am not sure....probably an Eagles record of some kind, so I will go with Hotel California.
(great song picks, by the way - all 3 of those would be in my top 5 or 6)
The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.
