    I'll answer both questions ;)

    I usually have rest after the busy/hard week or just go out for a walk or with friends.

    And no, I'm pretty well organized and don't like to do things at the very last moment: it makes me nervous.

    not literally, it just means when someone is being an asshole, you just smile and be nice... let them be the angry ones...

    Children and Families social work ... have worked in prisons a lot with dad's preparing for release and going back into the family home ... many were lifers after murder

    I don't agree with the penalty
