question for thrilla: if I make an apple pie, and need to freeze it for later do I: make, bake and freeze OR make, freeze then bake when I need it?

can do either ..but i would bake it first....the pastry might go soggy on the bottom if you dont bake first..

but really make sure its cold before you put it in the freezer.

yes, I'm a better baker than cook. My dad just gave me 50 pounds of apples....and I HATE applesauce! Maybe I could try apple butter.....

I dunno...I was gonna put 'the center of the universe' as it refers to a neighborhood in Seattle called Fremont, then I thought, 'some people might think I'm a gay dude' (Fremont=gay friendly). I already have enough problems with people thinking I'm a dude....
