    Take my dogs to a lake, swim with them and romp on shore. Then eat pad Thai and drink beer while listening to my entire PJ collection. Then off to sleep.

    Probably 2 years ago when my oldest had a similar situation...
    Only have been 3 times with 3 kids... Feel lucky :lol:

    Nope.

    My resume includes wisdom tooth extraction when I was 18 under general anesthesia in a hospital. Have broken bones (left collarbone, left foot, right foot) and had stitches (top of head thanks to cousin Billy conking me with a top, side of face thanks to friend's dog, finger due to broken glass). Also one concussion after being dumped off a horse who spooked and reared up.

    Yes. The list is growing longer, I'm afraid. Unfortunately one side of the family greatly enjoys stirring the pot. They thrive on it. So I maintain cordial but (increasingly) distant connections. And I don't respond to their malicious emails. Who needs that kind of negative energy?

    How do you deal with that kind of thing?
