Probably a pair of Diesel jeans ... but it was a one off
Do you find it easy to get jeans that fit??So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?0 -
no, I have shorter legs and a longer torso, so mid-rise jeans are actually low rise for me, and I don't mean to show my bum :?

Possibly!
haven't you guys met up yet?The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.
- Christopher McCandless0 -
Nope tomorrow night ... apparently BD is here for work and not just to meet us :?
Although I have met BD and thrilla before ... and BD has called me since he landed.
You met many people from the boards? So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?0 -
no, I don't see to many people from Seattle on here.... :? I do know a PJ friend, and he is here, but I don't know his screen name. I'd like to meet more PJ people though!
Is BD going to meet up with Dimi and friends? The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.
- Christopher McCandless0 -
No BD leaves before Dimi arrives ... myself and thrilla will be at that meet up though.
Have you gone to any of the pre-parties?So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?0 -
Nope I haven't, hopefully next time PJ comes to my area I will.
Do you frequent any other message boards? If you have nothing to lose, you have nothing to worry about.0 -
no, I didn't know about pre-parties....I visited the old pit a few times, maybe posted a few times, but never got wrapped up in the drama. So, sometimes I did wonder why some people looked super friendly with each other...
Have you been here to the US for a show? The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.
- Christopher McCandless0 -
Nope ... as I didn't join 10c for years (where does a kid over here find a $5/$10 bill to send for membership) my number isn't great so I probably wouldn't see anything (that short thing again) ... am used to my PJ GA :P
You go to many GA shows? (most stuff here is GA)So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?0 -
Last one was Weezer at MSG, awesome
Would PJ do one in US.0 -
Depends on the show. I went to a metal concert a few weeks back and lawn tickets cost $39 (US) the GA tix cost $89(US)
but that meant that you could go into the mosh pit. I don't know about in the UK, but the mosh pits here can be pretty dangerous.
Do you have mosh pits there? The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.
- Christopher McCandless0 -
Yep. Depends on the show how moshy they are ... sometimes it's just pressure of people trying to get up front, sometimes actual moshing and crowd surfing. If you are right at the front it's not too bad ... if you are a rows 3-10 and in the centre is usually where it's the worst. Made a decision not to go near the front at RATM :P ... also we don't have lawn tickets at shows.
Is it only the small clubs that are GA usually in the US?So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?0 -
Usually but some bands recently have been doing GA arena show... Weezer, I think AIC, NIN
Ever scared for your life at a show?0 -
Nope ... most uncomfortable I've been was PJ in Poland ... had the bruises to show after that one! ... worst injury was Mudhoney when security lost hold of a crowd surfer and dropped them on my head ... ouchie!
Your worst gig injury? So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?0 -
none.. but its been a bit hectic at times.
so man sweat fingers..look like prunes.
do you have any pearl jam hoodies<img src="http://i740.photobucket.com/albums/xx46/tremors25/thefixerthrilla1.gif" align="left">
<img src="http://i740.photobucket.com/albums/xx46/tremors25/thrillafixterorange.gif" align="left">

Waiting for my PJ hoodie now!
Chime: Here in clubs it is always GA, then like PJ will play the Key Arena, NO GA. All seats on the floor are usually PJ friends and 10c members. I have won tickets for PJ on the radio and got seats in the stands. Foo Fighters had GA on the floor at Key, but security will check tickets to make sure you're supposed to be there. Not so much crowd surfing anymore...I think there was some at the metal concert I was at. Most places are against the crowd surfing/stage diving.
Have you surfed or dove? The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.
- Christopher McCandless0 -
I don't, boys have 2 each
And worst injury, punched in face at Rancid concert
Ever Stage Dive or Crowd Surf?0
