It has been a really bad week on this side of the planet.

Time to put away politics and belief systems and lend a hand.

300 Philipinos died and perhaps 1000's homeless after typhoon ketsana.

More than a thousand Indonesians dead after the Padang earthquake.

200 dead from tsunami in Samoa.

It's Katrina x100 out here

US media doesn't report, as a result American's don't care.

    i think it fucked.

this is the first i've heard of any of it.

It puts a little too much perspective on things, don't it? Kick my ass for a dollar! (Arty Fufkin, Polymer Records).

As I said when Osama lured you into Afghanistan - Don't Dream It's Over (Pino Paladino)

Hello Commy my good friend. Stay safe.

An update. Poor Philippines is getting nailed by another severe typhoon. Manilla was still pretty much underwater and now another one is hitting them.

Wow - if this is the first you've heard of it, then perhaps the US media isn't to blame.

I'm sorry that you don't care about it, but don't speak for me.

i never said i don't care about it. Americans live in a little bubble, more so than other countries. and they shape our opinions, try to. and for the most part they are successful-its the only explanation why someone would vote for george bush-twice. mostly they don't report on things, like the above.

it was a shot at US media, news groups, not necessarily americans.
