People cutting up the Ames book and selling pages on ebay WTF??

Isn't this illegal? Selling pages you cut out of a book? Furthermore who the hell buys this cut out crap? This dude sells them as mini posters...unreal. Way worse than a flipper who ignores the not for resale agreement when they buy a poster.

    It seems stupid to me, but it's not illegal. If he bought the book, he can sell it whole or in parts if he wants to. If you buy a big cd box set for one disc you don't have, you can turn around and sell the other discs if you want to.

    If they are copies, then you'd be doing something illegal.

    Yeah i guess it can't be illegal unless reproduced, but to buy this. He is honest and says it is cut out, but it isn't like you are buying a print, or collection of prints, you're buying a damn page out of a book! Why spend 15 bucks for it when you can buy the book for 40!
