Am I MISSING SOMETHING

my bad if this has been discussed already, but I ordered the new record from the ten club. Both the cd and vinyl. Anyway i got the cd and when i went to target the other day it says on the cover that it comes with 2 concert downloads. So i put my copy into my computer and nothing. Does the 10c version come with these downloads??
Someone help????

    it only works on the target and itunes versions.
