Apparently Faith No More are playing side shows in Oz

And I spent $155 on a ticket to see them play at the soundwave festival...DOH!
Big DOH.
Would rather have gone to a CONCERT!

    Feb 26 I believe, I got the ticket in an envelope in my room which I have not yet opened lol

    That's what happened to me. The Download festival was announced as their only show in the UK then, literally the day after I bought a ticket, they announced a warm up gig at Brixton Academy. I was totally pissed off at the time but ended up going to both anyway.

    To be honest you'll have a great time either way so I wouldn't worry too much.

    Probably your last chance to see them. Unless they make another album...

    Is it my warped sense of history, or is it a Sydney/Melbourne tradition for festival headliners to announce their own shows days after festival tickets have gone on sale :?:
