Just got back. The opening set was outrageous. Tremor, force of nature, RATS, and ended it with Porch. It was a rocker for sure. The venue was smaller than expected and the sound was incredible. The ringing in my ear is becoming a problem as I have to wake up early for work and theres no way i can sleep with this ringing.
I will say that the LA crowds, first experience thus far, are much more reserved than other I have seen (east coast). Pearl Jam was ready to bring the house down tonight but the crowd did not match their energy. With that being said, the show was fucking great and certainly worth downloading for the opening set. Porch was great, insignificance was better than usual, and the why go opener was fukin awesome.

Just figured the connection of TC and Big Wave...the earthquake/tsunami that hit American Samoa?
Anyone? Wonder if Ed mentioned it...

Ed mentioned there being an ocean theme tonite cuz they are on the west coast!

And incase anyone was wondering, theres merch booths at the halfpoint of the walk up to the venue and thats how people got to take their stuff to the car. Once u get passed security, you cant leave.
  • THE END....GOODNIGHT!!!!

I fell asleep but I just finished reading the rest. Great setlist tonight.

Thanks skyeriverwinter and LeatherMosquitoMan for relaying :D

Sometimes it's hard to decipher if people are setting the record straight or if they are trying to clown you to make themselves feel better. What was it in this instance?
