    those bastards! the show sold out where I am! I sooooo wanted to see the Smashing Pumpkins and Sublime, er, I mean, Silversun Pickups and Cage The Elephant! ;)

    They do sound like old Smashing for sure. I think that with a twinge of White Stripes maybe. I'll try to post some pics next week.

    I saw them opening act for Placebo, really interesting band! gloomy sound but not too much, catchy songs!

    They never really came to philly last summer. Closest was in Balt. same line up SS/Cage. One of my friends went said he enjoyed it. I think they are doing another US run early next year. :D
