Doing some reading on this guy and his movement, I can scarcely believe my eyes. Bizaare to say the very least.

Anyone here ever been a part of the movement, or known anyone who has been?

I remember years ago, at my local university, a large poster, of LaRouche, but other than that I dont know anyone who has been in the group, and have never seen a gathering of these people.

He is almost portrayed as like this mythical figure.

Alot of the accusations I have seen, seem troubling to say the least

Is he still around? I haven't heard anything about him in at least 15 years.
No, I wasn't a follower and don't think I ever met anyone who was other than somebody who claimed he knew somebody.

Lyndon Larouche, while sometimes seemingly confused about who is to be blamed for doing what, fundamentally wants America to be a free and sovereign state, subject to her own laws and guided by the light of her own people.

He has often been categorized as an "anti-anglophile", meaning to imply that he blames most of the woes and ills of this world on the British empire and its attempts at global dominion.

Despite the fact that it is impossible to fully assess who is in control of what in this world, i do believe that Larouche is more often on the mark than not.

If he is guilty of using "allegedly forged" information in his "research", such as the use of the "Jesuit's oath"\"KoC oath" or "the protocols of zion" in support of conclusions in his '78 book Dope Inc. (which blames the British empire for the large majority of the worlds drug problems), he is only guilty of using instances of writing that appear to the discerning eye to be in agreement with other facts of merit.

I STRONGLY SUGGEST PEOPLE WATCH FIREWALL, AS IT IS A SPOT ON ACCOUNT OF THE LEAD UP TO THE "FINANCIAL CRISIS" AND IT PROVES BEYOND DOUBT THAT THOSE IN CHARGE NEW DAMN WELL WHAT WAS GOING ON, AND DID EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO ALLOW IT TO HAPPEN, AND THEN COVER IT UP. That is the tip of the iceberg for this film though, as it lays out some extremely important conclusions, and SUGGESTS SOME REMEDIES TO THE SITUATION! [like a tiered interest rate system, primarily]

    It is a great documentary.
    Check it out.

Boy, doesn't that about some up most conspiracy theories I ever heard... we're never sure who did what to whom or when or how, but we know they were all the wrong thing and the people involved are all evil.

Cool, so as long as the facts I make up seem like they could plausibly be true, it shouldn't weaken my overall argument or credbility?
