Help!!! I'm going to try and buy presale tickets today at work and the computer says my cookie test failed. Anyone know if I can fix this, without getting in trouble.
You can spend your time alone, re-digesting past regrets, oh
Or you can come to terms and realize
You're the only one who cannot forgive yourself, oh
Makes much more sense, to live in the present tense

    Assuming you’re using Internet Explorer,
    Try this:

    Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab > drag the bar down all the way until it says “accept all cookies”

    Or, you can leave that bar where it is, and click on “Sites” to just allow http://www.pearljam.com

    Does anyone know if you have to be logged in at the computer where you have your email address account to buy tickets.

    You can buy your tickets on any computer, regardless of who/where your email address is with.

    Also, when I log into my profile, and it says I'm logged in, why does it say "Not a member" under MEMBERSHIP INFO?

    At my work, if you log into http://www.Pearljam.com, it works, if you login to http://www.tenclub.com it doesn't. When I linked from their email I had issues but pearljam.com worked for me.

    if you're up to date and signed up, you should give em a call. otherwise, your membership has expired.

    Except I have an email confirming membership effective 08/16/07. Shouldn't it be good for a year?

    I'd shoot them an e-mail. It should display your member number along with 'YES' under the section 'is current' in your profile.

    Yeah, except what are my chances of getting a reply in 2 hours. I'm scheduled to purchase pre-sales then.
