    Awesome story. Congratulations.
    sorry about your dad.........
So I'll just lie down and wait for the dream
Where I'm not ugly and you're lookin' at me
  • Congratulations!!! Hopefully your story will inspire others to eat healthier & exercise, that's the only way to lose weight and live healthier lives...

I've never been a healthy eater, that is when, or if even ate at all, and that along with dealing with depression proved to be an almost deadly combination. I was a lot like you as far as being on the computer "all of the time", and I lived only on Pepsi & coffee.

I'm feeling so much better now... I left my husband, started eating healthier foods, and exercising everyday. My son said once I started walking regularly, he would pay for my gym membership... I can't wait!!!

I'm so sorry about your dad & your friend. :(

You've definitely come a long way, and thanks for sharing your story... :)

    Wish you were here...

    ~RIP Dad

well done ... keep it up!! ... i'm sure the biggest thing besides the weight loss is that mentally you must feel way better ... eating healthy is not only about body shape and weight ... it's good for your energy levels and such ...

    fantastic!
you must be unbelievably PROUD of yourself, and rightly so - what an accomplishment! kudos!
and honestly, one of the greatest accomplishments one can make....an act of will-power, determination...and you've now improved your life on all levels, while more than likely...increasing your longevity. truly brilliant! 8-)
    Stay with me...
    Let's just breathe...

I am myself like you somehow

just signed up for my first 5k... should be a breeze compared to the half marathon. I am hoping for a 20-25min time. Gotta get back in running shape though. Been lifting a lot more since the marathon so a gotta get back on the cardio horse for the next week or so~
