Shit...sorry..I dont think so..there are MANY things I have ordered from 10C and not received a confirmation and have ALWAYS received everything I have ever ordered!!

US East Coast 9/14/09
US MidWest/South 9/15/09
US West Coast 9/16/09

International orders shipped 9/16/09.

Domestic and International Bacspacer Vinyl LP's shipped between 9/21 and 9/25. We received our vinyl from the manufacturer on 9/21/09.

We are currently processing all merchandise orders placed between 9/14-9/25.

I feel compelled to throw my bitching into the ring. Pearl Jam is one of the biggest bands in the world. They've had Backspacer finished since June and I'm getting my vinyl copy 10 days after the release date for 7 dollars more than I could have bought it at Target for.

I'm sorry for the people who don't even have their cd yet.

No - I never got a shipping confirmation email and my copy arrived today in Albany, NY.

I really want to support the 10C, but this is the last time I order any new release from them. It's not so much that the vinyl is late, but it's their lack of communication. How hard would it be to come on the board and let everyone know they're running late...or that (in my case) you may not have yet received your confirmation email!
