Chicago shows were awesome but we sort of got gypped

I am listening to the recent shows with the live versions of the Backspacer songs and they sound so good live!!!
I feel they could have played these Backspacer songs in Chicago before the record came out. I feel we got gypped a little. :cry::cry::cry:




EDIT: I think 'gypped' is too strong a word...I mean I was not trying to complain here but I guess I did... ..I guess I just wish I could go to more shows...

    yeah but it would have ruined the first listen of the album so they kinda had to not play..... we missed them in Europe too like and they wont be coming back for a while,

    tbh i respect them for wanting us to listen to the album before hearing all the songs live

    In no way shape or form did anyone who attended either chicago shows get gyped. The shows were amazing im not to worried il hear the new stuff in philly :D

    did they not play 3 songs from B/S at Chicago 1? That's pretty good for being pre-album release. jeez, some people are never happy. there are only 11 songs on the record - do you expect them to blow their entire load before the album even comes out?

    well, some did have 300 section seats

    but music wise, no way

    plus, when I and many of us see them next, they'll have tones of BS songs that I'll be pumped to hear
