Staying in Boston for Mansfield shows?

I did a little search for the answer I was looking for and didn't find it, sorry if this question has been asked...

I've never been to Mansfield and am wondering if staying in Boston is totally unreasonable. Is the venue far from the city or is it something like Philly-Camden, just a short drive away?

    It's pretty far, probably 40 or so minutes by car. There is a nice Holiday Inn right in Mansfield you may want to check out.
