Got scammed for tix via C'list

had no choice but to western union money to get tickets shipped....needless to say the tickets didnt come. since the money has been picked up, they said there is nothing they can do. so i went online to my credit card account, and disputed the charge, with the claim "i didnt receive merchandise" but doubt they will let that slide.

anyone ever been through this and get out of paying? (besides calling me an idiot for being so gullible and trusting...getting that enough)
