hmv downloads

can anyone help , i got one of the backspacer cd's from hmv , downloaded the two free shows onto my laptop but i can't figure out how to get them onto my i-tunes . this is driving me round the twist can anyone help cheers :D:D:D

    In itunes click 'file' then 'add folder to libary' then just select the folder where the tracks are.

    They'll be in a zip file.
    Simply right-click on the file and there'll be an option to Unzip to a folder, or Uncompress to a folder.
    Once done, simply point iTunes at that folder.

    If you have a separate folder for all your music, copy the uncompressed folder there first, then import into iTunes.
