    a friend of jeffs who was killed by a car i think, didnt they devote one of the chicago gigs to him

    I believe he was a friend of Jeff's who would always see thier shows when they came to town. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but he was struck and killed recently while walking his dog.

    without looking it up, a friend of Jeff's who died recently. he's the guy on the Chicago poster - I believe they dedicated Chicago I to him. or at least some of the songs. can't remember, but that's the nutshell version.

    We sang Happy Birthday to him Chicago Night 1.... And they dedicated Come Back ( as well as the show and Backspacer album to him methinks )
