    How did you quit? My friend had this when she went cold turkey on the fags, but no so much when she used the stop smoking service methods (I know it's a UK thing on the NHS you get free nicotine replacement therapies and smoking cessation meds)

    Appointment went great! I can get back to a normal routine now!!! But he doesn't recommend I do the turkey trot in 2 weeks :( but who cares!! I can go back to wok!! Wooohooo!!!
