I only like soft serve if it's vanilla, dipped in chocolate...my freezer made my red velvet soft serve, it's not that great... :(The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

ooohhhh nuts yes! I remember there being a Purdy's Chocolates at the mall, and you could order an ice cream bar, and they would dip it in chocolate and roll it in nuts. Costco did that too...The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

Community (back home, not PJ community) tragedy has my heart very heavy.
LIFE IS PRECIOUS, people! Sucks that most of the time, it's terribly sad occasions that remind us of this.
A community tragedy hit me hard today, too. There has been a lot of news coverage of an incident in which a woman jumped into a river with her 10 month old baby over the weekend to commit suicide, related to post-partum psychosis. She died, the baby survived but was under the water for quite some time so who knows what recovery he will have. When I got to work it turned out that the woman was a friend of one of my co-workers. These things always punch you in the gut.my small self... like a book amongst the many on a shelf0 -
In happier news, on Friday I have a phone interview with a company I'd be thrilled to work for! I sure hope it goes well!"Sometimes you find yourself having to put all your faith in no faith."

When I first started working in the industry, a certain evil wench vet refused to train me for anything, she would throw syringes at me and scream at me to figure it out on my own. Well, thank goodness I found out where she's working now, I almost took my pets there.
