    I hate that there are holiday commercials on already...it's not even Halloween!

    Do UK residents celebrate Halloween? I know here, around the holidays there are pub crawls, but they are organized around a theme and not well advertised (a sort of 'flash mob') so a group of say 50-100+ people dressed up in costume will show up at a poor unsuspecting bar/pub to drink. (around Easter they have 'bunnycon', Google that for an idea of the concept)

    I'm Greek but I have been living in the UK for 3 years now. Everyone here recognizes it as an American custom, but don't forget that it's also a commercial celebration. Not to mention the fact that there are some Americans over here. Besides people seem to like it. It's quite funny. I would say English really celebrate Halloween only 2 days (31/10 & 01/11).

    Sad my shows are done. Grateful for the two amazing shows I got. Ecstatic with the memories of the past 3 days. Missing my kids and hubby at home in New Jersey but wanting more time with my brother and his family and my mom here in Nebraska. So I guess I'm a bundle of exhausted conflicted emotions.
