if not sales, you could use your art degree and your knowledge/passion for wine to create some sort of business. come up with a way to teach people about wine and how it translates through art/history. if that makes sense.
hahaha. i seriously do appreciate all the advice.
that said, speedy greatly overestimates my knowledge of wine. greatly. i know what i like, that's about it.
IF i were to start a business, it would be for interior design or professional organizing. i know what i like, and where my talents lie. that said, i REALLY don't want to! i know for many being your own boss is a dream, not so much for me. my parents had their own business, very successful, but there are always trade-offs. the kind of hours i would have to work would run counter to the regular hours my husband works - no paid vacations, time-off, etc, etc ... and yes, i like the security of knowing my paycheck, parameters, etc.
as i've said, i'm back in school now updating my skills (which i would need and a bit more even if my own business) and see where it takes me. i really, REALLY want to work for someone else, preferably in the city, coworkers, etc. i am fortunate in that we manage financially, tho it is a drain, we are not meant to be a one-income couple - thank you mr. dream! :P but, i am not ready to face starting off on my own just yet. if i had a partner to keep my motivated, self-disciplined, also keep me from freaking out - would help, haha.
anyhoo, i appreciate all the good thoughts. thank you.Stay with me...
Let's just breathe...

HELL WEEK IS OVER **happy dance**
Holy crap did this week kick my ass, but real proud that I got through it! Easily one of the hardest worked weeks of my college career. And I get a pretty sweet payoff in PJ tomorrow, too"Sometimes you find yourself having to put all your faith in no faith."

but what if they host an impromptu game of Twister with the band members? The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

i hate,
i mean i completely despise,
