    How absolutely amazingly fun the past few weeks have been. I feel a little off kilter not being totally consumed by work...but this has been good for me :D I need to keep it going. And it will resume in approximately 3 weeks. :mrgreen: Love my PJ companions :)

    I would say probably not so much, as it is not gluten free. I am using a mix of rye and wheat flour... I did a little research just now and it seems a gluten free rye style bread is rather complicated to do :shock: Mostly because of the unusual ingredients... But here ya go, this doesn't look too shabby:
