    I get like that with my Dad some days too. But what I do is go in a quiet place and talk to him anyway. Somehow, that makes me feel a whole lot better and somehow, things just kind of work out then.

    That's a great idea. The last time I went for a run...I was 'talking' with my Dad and I landed up running 11 miles...not even realizing it.

    Yeah, Matt know how you feel, too. My dad pass away several years back and some days I miss him like it was just yesterday. Sorry you are having a bad day. I too, still talk to my dad. It does seem to help.
