Yeah, sounds like it! I had a Scottish work mate once and in the beginning I thought he had speaking issues cause he sounded so weird. But then I saw a movie with only Scottish actors in it and suddenly it dawned on me that that was his accent It always puts a smile on my face when I hear it.
