you know if you read any review in the last 4 PJ albums they all same the same shit.

They are not grundge, they are to old, no where near the quality on 10.

give me a fucking break, Backspacer is a cd that you put in and enjoy, it is great uplifting music that makes you feel good about yourslef.

I wish people would look at the band that way instead of try to compare them to grundge ( grundge I hate that fucking word)

    I agree with Hammartime33. Besides Pearl Jam was like the biggest band in the world at one point, wasn't that enough? We should all just be happy we can go see our favorite band STILL. How many bands from the grunge era made it past the 90's ya know? I'm happy every day Pearl Jam is still a band making the music they want to make, screw reviewers, they don't know shit anyway. Every review I read about Pearl Jam's more recent albums, even if it's a good review, still manages to shit on the band somehow, fuck'em ;)

    I have debates with people who think they know music and ask me "why PJ's last few albums suck"? Nice question to ask a die hard Pearl Jam fan right? Anyway, I've been a fan since the beginning, but my favorite album is Riot Act. And people go but Ten and Vs are amazing. Yes they are, but bands, and people evolve and get better with age ya know. Just my opinion though ;)

    All that matters is that you like the album... and that PJ sells enough tix so I can watch them live FOREVER!!! :p
