I had a great experience at Target and think you will, too. You can buy your PJ and your Archer Farms Ethiopian Harrar at the same time. It doesn't get much yummier than that, people.

  • So much for the whole point of being able to purchase it at local music stores. Although don't know if many other people are having this problem.
  • has backspacer showed up at many local stores anywhere else? i wonder how many of these stores actually use that distributer.

Actually, that Monsters of Folk album is pretty damn awesome. Jim James=wow!

And all the indie stores in Portland are carrying Backspacer on CD and LP.

I'm not sure how it is in the US, but in Canada it really does vary from indie store to indie store. Some indie stores barely stock any PJ, others stock all the albums, some vinyls, even some old used silver pressed bootlegs.

I guess with target, you know everyone's going to have the cd. With indie stores it might not be as easy, as there's no universal form of distribution, hence being independant.
