Show Specific T-Shirts

After seeing the cool "show specific" Pearl Jam/Sports Team shirts in Seattle (but having the Seahawks one sell out just as I got to the front of the line...d'oh) and seeing them listed on Ebay for excessive amounts($150 for the Seahawks and $199 for the Sonics), I wonder if it would be possible to do a presale for 10 Club Members like is being done for posters? In other words, if you bought tickets to a show through Ten Club, you get an opportunity to buy the show specific shirt for that night so they get into the hands of fans and not crazy e-bayers.

(I realize this may not be possible as it may require a certain amount of man power, time, etc but thought it was a valid suggestion. It is not meant to a complaint that I did not get a shirt).

Looking forward to this Friday's show!

  • 10c already hooks us up with posters and tickets, now merchandise? do you want them to wait in line for your beers at the show too?

i like the idea, but shouldn't we draw the line somewhere?

Was not meant to a complaint (as I said), it simply sucks to see the limited edition stuff on e-bay the day after the show at a huge mark-up....and no I'm willing to wait in line for my own beers.

I was there when the doors opened. The merch booths were very busy from the beginning. Regardless, I was simply making a suggestion (and I see there are similar threads so I'll cease with this one),

Or make more so everyone at the show who wants one can get one. Then send the remaining to a third world country or recycle them. I guess I just don't understand making a shirt "limited." Make more=sell more + happy fans.
  • I remember when this shit didn't matter now it is all about money and I have this shirt.. The Back Sapacer shirt sucked..... But the music still rocks the real reason we are here
