drove to South Bend, IN this past weekend from St. Louis to watch Notre Dame and Michigan St, about a 6 hour ride and i kept this album on rotation constantly, getting better with each spin...i must say i had the windows down the tunes cranked up and my mind just flowed with the music (and my eyes still on the road..ha)

something about this album that my mind just goes off with it and gets lost in the words..sort of like into the wild but in a different way...i dunno hard to explain

only song i dont get into is Johnny Guitar but appreciate what the song probably means to Ed and my wife kept replaying Amongst the Waves, god love her :)

nice to feel positive

Did the exact same thing! NEPA to South Bend for an XC meet Friday afternoon. I left on Thursday night, luckily I checked the mail before I walked out the door! Backspacer made the 10 hours of driving much easier.

Really like most of the tracks, especially Force of Nature, Speed of Sound, Unthought Known, Got Some, and Amongst the Waves. Great road trip CD.
