I just received my No Code vinyl that I bought on ebay, and I was looking at the big Polaroids with the lyrics on the back and I noticed there is no Who You Are polaroid, was there not one made or do I need to say something to the seller?

There are different sets, some will come without a few songs. It's kind of like trading cards with your friends in elementary school.

There are 4 different sets of 9 cards. Only one set per album. You got a set without Who You Are.

There is a letter somewhere on each card next to the issue number- it's either C, O, D, or E.
  • So as long as you got 9 cards youre ok.

I have the E set on vinyl and CD.

Nah, mine ended on the night of 17th. I got lucky, instead of just getting one set, I got the N set with a couple of E's pictures thrown in, but still it lacks the Who You Are polaroid, my favorite song on the album, o well.
