Sydney Turns Red. Really

This is what we woke up to this morning. Winds have blown Red dust from the outback all over Sydney.

    hahaha tis cool until you have to go out in it.

    when i woke(way too early i must say) i thought it was the apocalypse. so naturally i took photos. the toddlermonster said look at the moon. i said no darlin' thats the sun. i dont think she believed me. it was silver!!!!

    anyhoo that cold wind is doing nothing for me either. and one of the kids wrote WASH ME!! in the thin layer of dirt on the car window. little buggers. :mrgreen:

    I left my window open. So my Tv, computer, clock everything is covered in this shit. At first it was cool. Now I'm well and truly over it.

    I heard about this on the radio this morning. Thanks for the pics, looks far out man. Hopefully some people will get employed out of this, to clean everything up.

    The sun has popped its head out now but this has to be the weirdest weather Ive ever seen.

    I opened my eyes this morning and thought we'd been invaded and Agent Orange spread everywhere. Grabbed straight for my weapon and took up a defensive position in the living room :lol:

    Never seen so much dust and dirt. I just walked back down Pitt St with a coffee and the lid has red crap all over it. TRULY BIZARRE
    I'll ride the wave where it takes me.

    Man, the Broken Hill footage was amazing.I would have shat myself if I was there, thinking something really sinister was happening.
