my tracking number says they arrived at my town's P.O. this morning, so I expect they will be delivered today.

very fast. ordered them on 9/17, recvd the shipping conf on 9/19.

Ordered my 8/23/09 on Thursday last week and got home today and it was here very fast service!!!
To answer the question about the CD's they appear to be CDR's. I will say the sound quality is very good as well was worried about that but it sounds great.
