The Fixer played during Eagles/Saints game

When the Eagles challenged Heath Evan's TD in the 3rd quarter, they played the Fixer during the challenge. This was played in the stadium, not by Fox. Maybe this will catch on as a trend, that all NFL teams play The Fixer when they want a call overturned?! Or maybe it was totally random and I'm giving the PA announcer too much credit.
