In Canada we don't have a Target (I don't believe anyways). Are there any other stores who sell the new album with the free show downloads (ie bestbuy, hmv etc.)?

Was just at HMV and they are offering it with pre-orders.
    They also have the t-shirt

Just bought it at Future shop and it has the free downloads...But my question is how do you download them, where are they?
If you have nothing to lose, you have nothing to worry about.
  • We can get em but I'm not even gonna bother. The shows are incomplete as they don't include covers.. oh and they are mp3s... oh well. I'm still trying to find the vinyl in Canada, anyone have any luck?
  • HMV has the Backspacer shirt? Really? Because if that's the case, I'm going to run to the nearest one RIGHT NOW!!!

The one by my house does...but its not the one from Target. It's a black t-shirt with the album cover on it. Sorry to get everyone excited. I made my earlier post from my Blackberry and hadn't double checked what I saw with what Target is selling. Also they are charging $25.99 for the T-shirt (OUCH!)

  • I picked up a copy of the Backspacer CD on Sunday at the HMV at Dufferin Mall in Toronto. They also had t-shirts but as someone already pointed out, they may be different than the ones you get from Target. They also had a deal where if you buy the CD you get $10 off the t-shirt. I can confirm that when I popped the CD into my Mac there was an option to download two free concerts. As a bonus, when I bought the CD, the guy at the counter gave me a download coupon to download 2 more free live tracks.
  • What does the HMV shirt look like? Is it the whole album cover or just the cover of The Fixer single?

If you buy it from Itunes..go to the PDF of the liner notes and you'll see the page that talks about extras...click on it and it will open a site on pearljam.com...where you enter some info..and voila...access to the page with the 11 download options..plus a few other things.
  • So if pre ordered from the 10c website we dont have access to these free downloads?
    2006: Albany
    2008: MSG I, MSG II, Newark(EV)
    2009: Albany 1-2(EV), Philly 3
    2010: Boston, MSG I
    2013: Buffalo, Brooklyn II, Hartford
    2016: MSG 1, MSG II, Fenway 1
  • So its for sale today in Canadian stores?

I thought it was released tomorrow?
  • I picked mine up on Sunday. Even the guy at HMV said it was strange that the release date was on a Sunday. The t-shirt at HMV had the picture of the astronaut drummer - nothing on the back.

Haven't seen the shirt at my HMV... were they on a rack or behind the counter?

I saw some shirts at the HMV downtown. No price on them, but it said you get $10 off the shirt with the purchase of the album ($12.99). Saying that the shirts are garbage. Very cheap. I wouldn't have bought one for $5.

At mine they were hanging on a rack right next to the where Backspacer was on display.
