I used to love Kiss back in the day and downloaded the new Ace Frehley album from ITunes this week, not really expecting much. Gotta say, I'm really liking it a lot. If you liked Ace's '78 solo album, I can almost guarantee that you'll like this one as well. Good stuff.

This album is a great. I got it last week and I love it. The album is more diverse than I expected. Some of the music is very heavy, and a lot of it is quite beautiful really. I love the fact that there are three instrumentals, and they are songs, not guitar wankfests.

Any fans of rock music should get Anomaly.

  • Ace is da shit - I'm digging the new album. I loved it when he made a guest appearance with PJ at MSG. Mike and Stone looked like they were in heaven, jamming with one of the great ones. It's great to see things looking up for Ace.

I believe that the bootleg is still available in Goods. I'm going to snap it up while I can. Wasn't it MSG2?

Did ya see my post? ;) I posted the video and it was indeed MSG 2. The boot would obviously have a better recording.

Sweet. Now I want to see Ed sing Cold Gin. 8-) My favorite KISS song. Actually, Skid Row did a pretty good cover of it back in the day.
