Cracked

I just got backspacer in the mail today. I pull out the CD and it is cracked. Anyone else have this problem? Suprisingly I'm not terribly pissed. Stuff happens. But now I have a dilemma. Do I wait for a replacement or do I go buy it at Target tomorrow and end up with two copies?
