ITunes Backspacer Question

At what time can we download the ITunes version of backspacer?...at midnight on the 19th?..also does it come with the album booklet also?...Asking because I never downloaded an album before from Itunes...I did so because being in Canada I figured it would take at least 2 months to get my 10 club cd & vinyl versions! :-)

    I asked this same question the other day after I couldn't find anything online...Midnight tonight (or Midnight tomorrow morning, however you say it).

    usually albums go on sale at midnight eastern time
