Sadly my father was taken from us way to young. Today is his BDAY...

10 years, feels like a blink.....

I will be spinning COMEBACK for him all day....

Those of you who still have your fathers, be thankful and grateful, and give him a big hug and a kiss!

(id do anything just to hug and kiss my father just one more time)

  • my father passed a little less than 3 years ago, the year Avocado came out, he took me to my first PJ concert that summer, they played Man of the Hour into Come Back inbetween he said something along the lines of "that last song was about when you know someone's going and this next song is about a few months later" (paraphrase) those two songs mean a lot to me, i spin them quite often around his birthday and on the anniversary of his death and all of you with fathers DO NOT TAKE HIM FOR GRANTED he planted your seed

good luck coping and Happy Birthday to your father
  • CHEERS!...to you & your pops!...our loved ones are never truly gone from us.

yeah, it's tough. my pops died back in 06 right around S/T release and tour.

i play man of the hour for him on my guitar on his birthday.

which is April 1st. april fools day !!! he had the strangest sense of humor being an april fools baby ! lol.

so that is always a weird day for me now.

good vibes sent your way today.

Mach, as much as we don't seem to get along I still hope you have a great day remembering your father. I'm right there with you, man. Dad passed away about 4 years ago after a short & intense battle with ALS. He is sorely missed & I truly know what you're feeling. His bday is coming as well and it will be tough. I miss him all the time, just like you & your Dad. Enjoy the day & happy birthday to your Dad.
