early favourites off backspacer?

just got the album this morning love it! im on my fourth listen now n the three that really stand out for me so far are just breathe, amongst the waves n supersonic i know my favourites will more than likely change but loving them three at the moment. so what are your early favourites?

    Just gave it my first listen, songs that stood out: Force of Nature and Amongst The Waves. The End im just spamming now, think its maybe the best on the album. Got Some and Speed of Sound i already knew but they killed Speed of Sound and Got Some is great, The FIxer is okay. Cant say i really dug the more punky type ones.

    ye i know where your coming from there, there seems to be alot o love for johnny guitar at the moment, i really wana like this song just not getting into it at the moment dont get me wrong its still not a bad song! there aint one of them on this album

    that my freind doesnt sound ridiculous at all, its actually one of the more sensible and completely agreeable things ive read on this board :D

    i just have to say the vinyl sounds fucking incredible :shock:

    i turned my stereo up really loud and i was getting chills on just about every song. the ones that stand out the most to me were 'the fixer' 'amongst the waves' 'speed of sound' and 'the end'

    Unthought Known, Just Breathe & Johnny Guitar are terrific.

    Maybe Force of Nature will grow on me, but on the first listen (and then another four more) I'm pretty certain that I think it's the worst song on any PJ album. Yep, even worse than Get Right... It sounds like a cast-off from the Top Gun soundtrack.

    Just Breathe, Johnny Guitar, Unthought Known, Force Of Nature, The End, Speed of Sound.

    Everything in between is pretty sweet too, but these ones hit me right away.
