they've only played oceans once in seattle - back in 92. I know this is the "backspacer" tour, but i would love to hear it at one of the seattle shows.

    it's not possible because they have played it countless times. I saw them open with it in San Diego in 06.
    i remember you...i was gonna vote for you one time...but voting isn't cool so i stayed home and got trashed on listerine.

    fuck..there can only be 36 minutes of Backspacer in a show...that leaves plenty of time for some Oceans!! :mrgreen:

    They opened with Oceans at the Santa Barbara Bowl 2006-I remember because I experienced a devastating loss at the time, had tickets and could not attend the show.

    I had the lyrics printed on my father's funeral program in 2007. Those lyrics have provided me with more comfort than anything I have ever read in the bible...no offence intended. They must play it at some point on this tour....I will be in Salt Lake City...that would be a great time!!!

    when was the last time they played:

    oceans
    indifference
    sonic reducer


    but somehow I've heard crown of thorns 3 times in the seattle area :)

    Eddie seems to only like playing Oceans in California - yeah right philly

    i would bet the farm the play indifference in seattle this time. probably twice. we will get to hear ben harper murder it. they always play it together when they are at the same show
