"Text for Mobile phone wallpaper" not working

I am texting 66397 like the new email from the 10C says to, but I'm getting a message saying that is an invalid number. Anyone else having the same problem?

    thats funny bc i just tried and got the same thing. I feel like its an iphone thing, they can do everything except simple shit like this.
