USB audio ASIO drivers

anyone know of a good free one? i use ASIO4ALL and it works but when i try to record records even with the input turned way down it clips. i downloaded 1 from usb-audio.de and it worked beuatifully except unless you pay $55 it puts a beeeeeeeep every 30 or so seconds into the music
